The decision to have Judy handle the sale of my house was an easy one. I was fortunate to have met Judy as a parent at my son's school. Her enthusiasm and the gentle yet effective manner in which she handled many volunteer tasks simultaneously impressed me.

Judy not only sold my house in a short period of time, she also found me my new home. I contribute the success and mostly ease of it all, to Judy's depth of knowledge of the Realtor business. I quickly felt I was in capable hands. She knew the process well and kept me informed every step of the way. She acted as a coach when I needed it and efficiently managed the timeline and numerous tasks as we moved from marketing, to selling to closing. At the same time, she patiently assisted me in determining the 'vision' of the new home and let me explore my wishes and dreams. Once I was clear on what I wished for (and could afford), Judy found my new and very different home very quickly. I was able to close on both homes one day apart. Again the buying and closing was seamless and all parties involved interacted at a level I have not expected and never experienced before. I ascribe this to Judy's gentle and joyful demeanor and if she ever was frustrated with the buyers, sellers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc., etc., she never showed it.

Judy worked tirelessly to find a house that met my taste and my budget even though those two things didn't seem to line up. She really took care of *everything* from start to finish.

Her accountability is impressive; Judy made it her responsibility to make sure that everyone involved in the deal came through. Her knowledge and friendship continue to be an asset to me even months after the purchase.
